How to remove coffee stains
Blot up with a clean cloth. Sponge (the method of using light strokes with a dampened pad working outward from the center of the stain) the stain with water. Apply a wet spotter and a few drops of white vinegar. Cover with an absorbent pad dampened with the wet spotter. Keep the stain and pad moist with the wet spotter and vinegar. Let it stand as long as any stain is being removed.
Removing a Grass Stain
Apply a paste of washing powder on the stain, roll up and leave overnight, then wash. If the stain is gone, great. If not, apply a solution of one-part vinegar to two-parts water to the stain and blot the stain. Presto, clean shorts!
Removing Beetroot Stains
Soak a piece of white bread in cold water, when it is fully saturated put it over the stained area. Leave the bread on the stained area until it has soaked it all up. When the stain has been absorbed up enough into the break, then you can wash the garment as usual.
